Relax
We check around the clock. If something breaks, you hear from us first.
Most outages are not loud.
A broken checkout does not raise an alarm. Customers simply leave. These are the quiet failures Heedly is built to catch.
The site went down at 3 a.m.
It is checked every few minutes. A failure is confirmed by a second check, then you get one e-mail: the error, the time, and where to look first.
The SSL certificate expired over the weekend.
Reminders 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before, then more often near the end, for the certificate and for the domain registration.
The product feed came out empty, so marketplaces hid your offers.
Feed checks: valid XML, product count, sudden price jumps and missing photos.
A theme update broke the product pages.
A polite crawler follows your sitemap and flags broken titles, missing prices and noindex mistakes.
What Heedly keeps an eye on
One quiet dashboard for the things that quietly break an online store.
- 01
Uptime that confirms before it alerts
HTTP(S) checks look at the status code, response time and an optional keyword. A failure is re-checked 20–30 seconds later, so you get one email about a real problem, not ten about a blip.
- 02
Marketplace feeds
Prom, Rozetka and Epicentr XML feeds: availability, valid XML, product count, sudden price jumps and missing photos.
- 03
SSL and domain expiry
Reminders 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before, then 18, 12, 6, 2 hours and 30 minutes before an SSL certificate or a domain registration ends.
- 04
A polite crawler for product pages
Follows your sitemap and internal links at no more than one request per second per host, respects robots.txt, and flags broken titles, missing prices, noindex and canonical mistakes.
- 05
Emails that tell you what to do
Each incident gets one email: what is wrong, since when, for how long, the error, the last good check and what to look at first. Then a separate recovery email.

What Heedly will not do
It does not guess admin URLs, run load tests, or check sites whose ownership you have not confirmed. Checks never run more often than once a minute.
Questions people ask first
What does Heedly monitor?
Website availability (status code, response time, keyword), SSL certificate and domain expiry, marketplace XML feeds, product pages through a polite crawler, and TCP/HTTP checks of your own servers.
How do alerts work?
A failed check is repeated after 20–30 seconds. If it still fails you get one email describing the problem, reminders every 6 hours (up to four) while it lasts, and a separate email when it recovers.
Can I monitor a site I do not own?
The crawler, feeds and server checks start only after you confirm control of the site with a DNS TXT record, a meta tag or a small file. A single trial check of the home page is allowed before that.
What happens when my subscription ends?
